McSence offer a mixed portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial premises to rent from our Business Park in Mayfield, Midlothian and as shop units in London Road, Edinburgh.

As well as managing our own portfolio we also manage property for other landlords.

Units are available for rental on monthly flexible terms under a licence to occupy or full lease arrangements and accommodation varies from shell only to fully serviced office suites including furnishing and office equipment.

Units range in size from 300ft2 to 2,000ft2 and many have the flexibility to be combined or sub-divided to create bespoke spaces. The degree of fit out for each unit is tailored to individual tenant’s requirements and can include carpeting and kitchen facilities as specified. All tenants are able to benefit from shared facilities within the building including meeting rooms, training facilities and car parking.

Our tenants include a mix of small start-up and expanding businesses right up to branch offices of national organisations. We also have a cluster of social enterprises and charities. We actively encourage social enterprises and third sector organisations with discounted rates and mentoring support available.
