McSence Conference Centre offers modern conferencing, meeting rooms & training suites for hire daily, half day or by the hour from as early as 7am to 11pm (or later on request) 7 days a week. There is free on-site car parking, WiFi and is a 30-minute drive from Edinburgh International Airport and the City Centre. We would like to reassure you that our conferencing & training services continue here at McSence but it is imperative that McSence comply with best practice guidelines and government advice in halting the spread of the Covid-19 virus. We would ask that anybody who has the recognised symptoms of Covid-19 (a high temperature - you feel hot to touch on your chest or back and/or a new, continuous cough - this means you've started coughing repeatedly) not to attend a McSence training or conferencing event.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can look to advertise and fill the space(s) or room(s) where the following cancellation conditions apply: 4 weeks-notice: no charge. 2 weeks-notice: half the cost(s). Less than above or no notice: full charge.

Our rooms

McSence Conferencing has free WifI in all four function suites with on-site catering facilities, meaning this flexible space can host events ranging from meetings for 4+ people, seminars for 30, to conferences up to 120.

Room layouts can be configured to your requirements and includes:

  • Fully accessible rooms 
  • Disabled access & toilet facilities
  • All rooms enjoy the benefits of natural light and ventilation
  • Laptops, digital and overhead projectors, projection screens, DVD player, TV's for £12 each
  • Flipcharts, paper & pens for £7.50
  • Administrative support services and just ask us where we will do all we can to assist...

Our room hire rates are:

  • £25 + vat per hour 
  • £75 + vat for a half day 
  • £120 + vat for a full day

Our Catering

We work with several local catering companies, cater for most dietary requirements and can offer a wide variety of options including but not limited to the following...

  • Freshly baked pastries - from £2.50 per person
  • Continental & hot breakfasts - from £2.75 per person
  • Freshly backed scones - from £3.25 per person 
  • Sandwich lunches - from £4.50 per person
  • Finger buffets - from £5.25 per person
  • Soup & sandwich lunches - from £5.75 per person
  • Buffet lunch & soup - from £6.75 per person

Free fresh water jugs and following refreshment are available throughout the day either in the conferencing suite or in the informal café relaxation area...   

  • Tea & coffee  - £1.10 per person per serving
  • Tea, coffee & biscuit selection - £1.60 per person per serving
