Board/Director Structure

The board of Directors of McSence comprises 12 members of the local community of Mayfield and Easthouses who are elected each year at the Annual General Meeting. They come from all walks of life including business people, workers, civil servants and the retired. All members are unpaid and do not receive and fees or expenses, freely giving their time to attend monthly Board meetings and other commitments. Each Director appointed to the Board is offered training to understand the legal duties and responsibilities of Directorship along with financial management and health and safety obligations.
